OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
West 49 Win A DC Subaru WRX Contest (the "Contest")
CONTEST DURATION
The Contest starts on July 30, 2009 at 12:01 PM ET and ends on September 30, 2009 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Contest Period").
PRIZES
GRAND PRIZE:
There is one (1) Grand Prize available consisting of one (1) 2009 Subaru Impreza WRX 5-door, including 2.5L Dual Overhead Cam (DOHC), 16-valve, horizontally opposed, 4-cylinder SUBARU BOXER engine with high-pressure turbocharger and intercooler, Electronic Throttle Control and Active Valve Control System, Subaru symmetrical full-time All-Wheel Drive system, viscous-coupling limited-slip centre differential, 5-speed manual transmission (5MT), ABS 4-channel/4-sensor/4-wheel, Vehicle Dynamics Control system with lateral-g and yaw-rate sensor and AM/FM/CD/MP3/WMA system with four (4) speakers. Colour and other specifics of the Grand Prize will be at the sole discretion of West 49 Inc., Subaru Canada, Inc., Quiksilver Canada Corp., GameStop, Inc. (the "Sponsors"), if applicable. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $33,395.00 CAD.
The Grand Prize Winner will personally take delivery of the Grand Prize vehicle from the Sponsors at the Subaru Canada dealer nearest the winner's residenc, as designated by the Sponsors within 8 to 12 weeks following the Grand Prize draw date. The Sponsors are not responsible for any costs associated with the winners' transportation to or from the Delivery Point. The Grand Prize vehicle will not be released until the Grand Prize winner first shows proof of liability insurance and satisfy any other ownership requirements in his or her province or jurisdiction. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize vehicle excludes all costs related to the acquisition, use or operation of the vehicle, including without limitation, licensing, vehicle registration and insurance. The Sponsors, at their discretion, may substitute a model year 2009 or 2010 Subaru vehicle of the same or like model and style in the event of lack of vehicle availability due to any reason. All taxes on the Grand Prizes other than taxes specifically referred to in these rules are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will agree to remain in possession of the Subaru Impreza WRX and retain all custom graphics, decals and accessories, as delivered with the vehicle, for a period of two (2) years following the delivery date.
SECOND PRIZES:
There are five (5) Second Prizes available to be won in this Contest, each consisting of one (1) Xbox 360 Arcade console and one (1) Dirt 2 for Xbox 360 video game. Approximate retail value of each Second Prize is $269.98 CAD.
The Prizes in this Contest will not be awarded unless a Prize Winner, or in the event that a select entrant is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian, has signed a Declaration and Release Form, in accordance with the "General" section below.
The Prizes in this Contest must be accepted as described in these Official Contest Rules and Regulations and cannot be transferred, assigned, changed, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part, for cash, subject to the provisions set forth elsewhere in these Official Contest Rules and Regulations. All incremental costs in using or claiming a Prize not outlined in the Prize descriptions are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winners.
Odds of winning a Prize in this Contest depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each draw.

You may enter the Contest by visiting the West 49 Win A DC Subaru WRX Contest web site at www.west49.com.
To enter the draw for the Grand Prize, fully complete the official Grand Prize entry form including valid DC SKU and West 49 Transaction Number found on your West 49 store receipt, confirm compliance with the Contest rules and press "submit" and you will be automatically entered into the Contest. To enter the Grand Prize draw without purchase, mail your original hand-drawn or computer-rendered design of Ken Block's rally car, along with your name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address, in a postage paid, self-addressed envelope to: West 49 Win A DC Subaru WRX Contest, 1100 Burloak Drive, Suite 200, Burlington, ON L7L 6B2. Upon receipt and validation of your original hand-drawn or computer-rendered design of Ken Block's rally car, you will automatically entered into the Contest. Copied, reproduced, forged, counterfeit or otherwise unoriginal designs of Ken Block's rally car will be automatically disqualified. Limit one (1) entry per person and/or email address per day for the Grand Prize draw during the Contest Period.
To enter the draw for the Second Prize, fully complete the official Second Prize entry form, confirm compliance with the Contest rules and press "submit" and you will be automatically entered into the Contest. Limit one (1) entry per person and/or email address for the Second Prize draw during the Contest Period.
No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, for any disruption to telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software or failure of any entry to be received because of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, as well as lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries which for any reason are not received.
ELIGIBILITY
This Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada, except residents of Quebec, over the age of 13 and who are residing in Canada at the time of participation in this Contest.
You are not eligible if you are an employee, representative or agent of the Sponsors, or any of the Sponsors' affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or related companies, advertising or promotional agencies or a member of the immediate family or household of any of the above persons.
The Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries, as well as any printing, administrative or other error of any kind in connection with this Contest. The Sponsors assume no responsibility or liability resulting from user attempts to participate in this Contest or, if required, download any information necessary to participate in this Contest.
Entries will be accepted during the Contest Period only.
SELECTION PROCESS
On October 13, 2009 in Toronto, Ontario at approximately 10:00 AM ET one (1) selected entrant will be randomly drawn from all eligible Grand Prize draw entries received for the Grand Prize available in this contest. On the same date, at the same location, at approximately 10:30 AM ET five (5) selected entrants will be randomly drawn from all eligible Second Prize draw entries received for the Second Prizes available in this contest.
The selected entrants will be contacted by telephone, mail or e-mail. In the event a selected entrant cannot be contacted within three (3) days of the selection date, another entrant will be selected in accordance with these rules.
In order to be declared the winner of a Prize, a selected entrant, or in the event that a select entrant is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian, must complete and sign a Declaration and Release Form and correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered at a mutually convenient time over the telephone. There will be only one opportunity to answer the mathematical skill-testing question. An eligible entrant who provides an incorrect answer will no longer be eligible to win a Prize in this Contest. The procedure outlined above will be followed until the Prizes in this Contest have been awarded.
The selected entrant, or in the event that a select entrant is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian, will have three (3) days to return their Declaration and Release Form to the independent contest administrator. If the selected entrant does not return their Declaration and Release Form within three (3) days, the entrant will be declared ineligible and another entrant will be selected in accordance with these Official Contest Rules and Regulations.
ENTRIES
All entries become the property of the Sponsors and none shall be returned. By entering this Contest, entrants indicate their consent to their personal information being stored, used and processed for purposes concerning this Contest by the Sponsors. The declared Prize Winners' information including his/her name, mailing address, telephone number and/or e-mail address, will be shared with the Sponsors and the independent contest administrator, as required to award the Prizes in this Contest.
RIGHTS RESERVED
The Prizes available in this Contest must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable and no substitutions will be made, whether in cash or otherwise, except at the Sponsors' sole discretion. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a Prize of equivalent or greater value, in the event that, for reasons beyond their control, the Sponsors are unable to award a Prize as described in these rules.
In the event that the Contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, errors in programming, printing, distribution or production errors or any other errors or other causes of any nature whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsors and/or their agencies which corrupt or affect the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsors reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way, at the Sponsors' sole discretion, without advance notice.
The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual that it finds to be in violation of these Official Contest Rules and Regulations or tampering with the Contest process. The Sponsors reserve the right to refuse an entry from a person whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to participate. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. Any attempt by anyone to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is in violation of criminal and civil laws and the Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages or other legal remedy to the fullest extent permitted by law.
GENERAL
By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to comply with these Official Contest Rules and Regulations and with the decisions of the Sponsors and/or the independent contest administrator, which are irrevocable and shall be legally binding in all instances.
By participating in this Contest, the Prize Winners, or their parents or guardians, agree to sign a Declaration and Release Form in the manner prescribed herein, releasing the Sponsors, their affiliates, respective advertising and promotional agencies, and the independent contest administrator from any liability in connection with this Contest or the Prizes awarded.
By participating in this Contest, all entrants and Prize Winners agree to the use of their name, address (city and province only), photo, and/or image on videotape for publicity purposes relating exclusively to this Contest without compensation.
By accepting a Prize in this Contest, the Prize Winners absolve the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of or in any way connected with the operation of this Contest and use of a Prize. The Prize Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest or use or redemption of a Prize.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person entering the Contest electronically, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the "authorized account holder" in whose name the e-mail account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria of this Contest. "Authorized account holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an e-mail address and/or telephone number, by an Internet service provider, on-line service provider, telephone service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
This Contest and the terms and conditions contained in these Official Contest Rules and Regulations, shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be adjudicated solely in the applicable court in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
