How do I join?

Purchase your All Access Pass at any West49 store for the price $10 plus applicable taxes. Your Pass card provides you with a membership number which is used to identify you when you make purchases at West49. Go to the All Access Registration page. Enter your contact information and your All Access card number on your member's page. Your account balance will appear and you may LOGIN anytime to check your balance.

How do I earn?

You will receive INSTANT CASH BACK SAVINGS in your ‘Piggy Bank’ every time you purchase merchandise at West49 stores. There are no limits or minimum purchase restrictions on receiving Instant Cash Back Savings. Simply present your All Access card number to the cashier when you make a purchase. Your account balance will appear on your receipt and will be available on your member’s page for lookup (allow 24 hours for updating). If you forget your Pass at home and you're a registered member, you can access your information by having the cashier look you up by phone number.

How do I redeem?

You MUST present your All Access pass card in order to redeem your West49 dollars. West49 dollars can be redeemed for a discount on any merchandise in all West49 stores at any time, excluding the purchase of gift cards and All Access Passes. West49 is not liable for system issues that may delay redemptions due to system access issues.

Change of Personal Information

Update your information on your member's page by clicking on "Update my Info" button, and then "Contact Info". Scroll down, change your information, and click the "submit" button at the bottom of the page.

Lost/Stolen Cards

West49 is only able to replace lost or stolen cards that are registered online or if you have the original receipt of purchase. Contact Member Service at memberservice@west49.com or phone (905) 336-5454. West 49 assumes no liability or responsibility for earnings redeemed by any person(s) prior to the notification to member service that the All Access Pass card is lost. Any earnings redeemed prior to notification shall be at the member's risk.

Receiving Notification of Events and Offers

With your permission, we will be sending you exclusive email news about the latest events and offers from West49. (Be sure to include your email address in your enrollment!). In addition, the latest events and offers will always be showcased throughout our website, so visit often!
