Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What if my All Access Pass is lost or stolen?
  2. Simply email memberservice@west49.com. If your Pass was registered, we will cancel your Pass, mail you a new Pass and transfer your balance from your old Pass to your new card. If your Pass was not registered, you will have to provide us with your lost card number in order for us to replace it.

  3. What do I do if I change addresses, or any other information that I supplied on my registration?
  4. Update your member profile online. If you aren't already logged in, do so now using the form you'll find on the upper right corner of your screen. Enter your handle and password and, on your member's page, select "update my info" and "contact info". Scroll down the page, change your information, and click the "submit" button at the bottom of the page.

  5. I haven't received my verification email, how can I get it?
  6. Please check your junk mail for it. If it is not there, please email memberservice@west49.com for assistance.

  7. I can't remember my password and, I have changed my email address since registering, so I'm not getting an email when I click on "Forgot your password?". How can I get my password?
  8. Please email memberservice@west49.com for your handle/password combination. Remember to provide your name and old email information.

  9. What is the policy for returns?
  10. In order to make an exchange or return for purchases, the original cash register receipt must be presented at the time of the exchange or return. The All Access Pass associated with the transaction will have the earnings received from that original purchase deducted from the cardholder's balance.

  11. If I don't have my Pass with me, can I still receive earnings in my piggy bank for my purchase?
  12. Yes, as long as you have completed your registration online. Simply inform the cashier of your phone number and earnings on your purchase will be added to your account balance. (Check your receipt).

  13. I forgot to give the store cashier my All Access Pass (or phone number) when I made my last purchase. How can I get my earnings added onto my Pass?
  14. Email memberservice@west49.com. Please provide your All Access card number, date of your purchase, store number, subtotal of your transaction and transaction # from your receipt. Earnings can then be verified and added to your Pass.
