Almost Skateboards was started in 2003 by pro skaters Rodney Mullen and Daewon Song. They pride themselves in making high quality boards made of epoxy resin, and using innovative technologies to improve their products. The most recent of which are die cut Carbon Fiber discs, inserted around the truck mounting areas to prevent pressure cracks and deck snapping. Almost has rapidly become a well known brand since the release of their video “Almost Round Three”. Due to the intense technicality of the team’s tricks, the video became an instant hit and a new milestone in the skate scene.
