Risk Free: Our Guarantee

West 49 is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any
reason, simply return it to us within 14 days — in the condition that you received it — and you will receive a
refund (less the cost of return shipping - $7.95). After 14 days and up to 90 days we will issue a store credit in
the form of a gift card THAT NEVER EXPIRES! Gift Cards may be redeemed at any West 49 in the amount
equivalent to the remaining card balance.

***HOLIDAY RETURN SCHEDULE: As of November 1st, 2011 our Holiday Return Schedule is in effect. Any
purchases made on or after this date can be returned or exchanged up to January 15th, 2012 for a full refund or exchange with original receipt. Our usual return guidelines still apply. West 49 will return to its regular return
policy on January 16th, 2012***

Hassle-Free Returns and Free Shipping on Exchanges

There are TWO easy ways to return:

1.) ONLINE or by PHONE

Fill out our online return/exchange form OR call our Customer Service number 1-800-669-1258 –
You have the choice between having your Shipping Label emailed directly to you to be printed off and adhered
to your return shipment or sent via snail mail – the cost of the return shipping ($7.95) will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Once you've received you return label please do the following:

• 1. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.
• 2. Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed Shipping Label you received from us onto your package
  (Be sure to cover or remove the original shipping label)
• 3. Drop your package with Canada Post at home, at work, or at the Post Office
